7. Platform Account Credentials
When Clients provide access to third-party platform accounts (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc.), we access those accounts solely to perform contracted services. We store access credentials securely and revoke access upon termination of services. We do not share platform credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
8. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses essential cookies necessary for functionality (session management, form submission). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; however, some features may not function properly.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations:
- Active client data: retained for the duration of the service relationship plus 3 years
- Audit reports and correspondence: 3 years from creation
