What will be deleted vs. retained: The following personal data will be permanently deleted: your name, email, phone, business address, EIN, platform API credentials, portal account, audit reports, and all communication records.
  • Financial records and invoices are retained for 7 years as required by IRS law.
  • Signed agreements are retained for 7 years under California Commercial Code.
  • Dispute records are retained until resolved plus 3 years under FTC requirements.
